Exploring Filipino-ness
My Filipino heritage is a spark of inspiration. I create pieces that express my experiences as a Filipina in the diaspora while exploring our culture and pre-colonial history.

Paghilom (Healing)
My pieces take inspiration from Victorian era mourning jewellery to create sentimental keepsakes that remind the wearer of loved ones. I have borrowed various historical symbols while also incorporating motifs from my Filipino heritage to reflect my personal journey with grief and healing.
